FOUNDER ADVISORY + INTEGRATED CONSULTING

This is the heart of my work. I support established founders who are ready for greater clarity, alignment, and perspective around what comes next.

You may bring me in when you are carrying too much yourself, when a major decision needs to be made, when your internal team needs stronger direction, when your brand no longer matches the level you are operating at, or when you know the next chapter requires a different way of leading.

My role is not to hand you another formula. It is to help you step outside of the noise, see what may be difficult to recognize from inside the situation, and make clearer decisions from the level you are growing into.

Our work may move between business direction, leadership, identity, creative vision, capacity, intuition, and practical next steps. Depending on the engagement, it may also include Reiki, energetic assessment, self concept work, and deeper personal integration.

This is high level support for the person holding the vision. I work with a limited number of private clients and consulting engagements at a time so the work can remain thoughtful, responsive, and deeply integrated.

ENERGY + PERSONAL INTEGRATION

The person behind the business matters here, and so does the business itself. My work bridges business and creative direction with energy work, intuitive guidance, self concept, and personal integration so we can address both what you are building and what may be shaping it beneath the surface.

As a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Shamanic Life Coach, intuitive guide, plant medicine facilitator, artist, and creative consultant, I work in both the seen and unseen. Our sessions may move between business direction, creative decisions, leadership, identity, Reiki, intuitive guidance, self concept work, major life transitions, relationships, creativity, and practical next steps depending on what needs attention.

The point is not endless healing or separating your personal evolution from your professional life. It is integration. Everything I offer is centered around creating deeper alignment between who you are, how you live, how you lead, what you create, and what you are building.

You are the medicine. You are the operant power and creator of your reality. I am here to help you see clearly, trust yourself, embody what you already know, and move accordingly.

My primary role is advisory, strategy, and creative direction. I lead the overarching vision and positioning, while Rambling Hippie Creative carries the work into execution through our team and trusted network of creative professionals and specialists across brand, digital, content, marketing, and production.

Depending on the engagement, we can carry the work from strategy through creative development, production, and implementation.

For the past six years, Rambling Hippie Creative has built deep roots supporting organic plant medicine cultivators and vertically integrated natural wellness brands. We have had the honor of growing alongside some of the most impactful brands in Oklahoma and beyond. As Rambling Hippie has evolved, our work has expanded to support purpose centered founders and businesses across a wider range of industries.

That evolution has clarified where I create the most value: not buried inside the daily machinery of another company, but above it. Close enough to understand what is happening and far enough back to see where the vision, leadership, brand, energy, and execution may no longer be aligned.

That is where I create the most value: supporting the founder carrying the vision, the decisions shaping the next chapter, the brand expressing it, the structure supporting it, and the internal alignment required to sustain what comes next.
