As a Reiki practitioner, intuitive guide and Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I hold space for you in both physical and spiritual realms, illuminating your path and helping you remember what your spirit already knows - that you hold all of the answers you will ever need.
As we work together I’ll be your big sister in spirit, protective and understanding, but also direct enough to help you get your rear in gear and into alignment! We’ll use a tailored combination of energy healing modalities, meditation, channeled messages and intuitive guidance, strategic goal setting, and vast self-exploration to help you connect with a more expanded awareness of yourself.
