Whether you’re standing at the edge of a new becoming or walking through a season of deep remembrance, I’m here to walk with you - through group coaching immersions, 1:1 coaching and energy healing, in-person and online circles, and sacred plant medicine integration support. I hold space for you to integrate your healing, embody your truth, and expand into your highest expression.

As a Usui Reiki “Master Practitioner”, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, intuitive guide, community herbalist, plant medicine facilitator, and heart-centered business owner and creative, I hold sacred space in both the seen and unseen realms. I help you anchor what you’ve learned, release what no longer serves, and remember the truth that’s always been within you: you are whole, wise, and wildly powerful.

I work best with those who’ve already faced the mirror.. those who’ve walked their shadow path, surrendered to the unraveling, and now sense the call to embody what they know. You’re ready to rise and refine your resonance. And I’m here to help you bring your wisdom into form.


Alongside a growing community of conscious souls, I host donation-based New Moon and Full Moon Circles (online in Fall/Winter months and in-person Spring/Summer).
These are sacred spaces for reflection, release, and renewal.

For those desiring more support on their journey, I offer 1:1 Reiki energy healing and intuitive guidance sessions, my signature group coaching containers for growth and accountability, and deeper 1:1 coaching programs for those ready to embody their expansion and fully align with their purpose.

Every container — whether private, group immersion, or ceremonial circle — is intentionally crafted to help you embody your light, refine your resonance, and align with your higher self.
