Whether you’re standing at the edge of a new becoming, moving through a major transition, or realizing that the life you’ve built no longer fully reflects who you are, I’m here to help you come back into alignment. My work lives at the intersection of energy, intuition, self concept, creativity, strategy, and embodiment. Through Reiki, intuitive guidance, coaching, workshops, group immersions, and deeper private work, I help you integrate what you already know so you can actually live, create, lead, and build from it.
As a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Shamanic Life Coach, intuitive guide, community herbalist, plant medicine facilitator, creative consultant, and artist, I hold space in both the seen and unseen. Sometimes the work is energetic. Sometimes it’s shifting the way you see yourself, making a decision, changing a pattern, refining your vision, reconnecting with your creativity, or realizing that some part of your outer life no longer matches who you’ve become. Usually, it’s a little bit of all of it.
I work best with people who have already faced the mirror. You’ve done some unraveling.. peeled your own layers back. You know yourself more deeply now, and you’re ready to move beyond awareness into embodiment, integration, expansion, and creation. You don’t need me to tell you who you are. My role is to help you clear the noise, trust what you already know, expand your capacity, and bring that wisdom into form.
I offer 1:1 Reiki and intuitive guidance, private coaching, workshops, group coaching immersions, and plant medicine integration support. For founders, creatives, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, this work can also be woven into my creative and integrated business consulting.
Everything I offer is centered on helping you create deeper alignment between who you are, how you live, what you create, and what you’re building. I’m not interested in keeping you stuck in endless healing loops. You are the medicine. You are the operant power and creator of your reality.
I’m here to help you remember that, integrate it, and move accordingly.
Most of my private energy and guidance sessions are conducted remotely, allowing me to work with people wherever they are. I facilitate sessions from my altar space, usually with incense burning and my cards, pendulum, herbs, and other tools nearby as the work calls for them. We may move between energy, intuition, conversation, practical decisions, and whatever else needs our attention without treating those things as separate.
