Whether you’re standing at the edge of a new becoming or walking through a season of deep remembrance, I walk with you - through group immersions, 1:1 coaching and energy healing, moon circles, and sacred plant medicine ceremonies - holding space for you to integrate your healing, embody your truth, and expand into your highest expression.
As a Usui Reiki “Master Practitioner”, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, intuitive guide, community herbalist and heart-centered plant medicine facilitator, I hold sacred space in both the seen and unseen. I help you anchor what you’ve learned, release what no longer serves, and remember the truth that’s always been within you: you are whole, wise, and wildly powerful. YOU are the medicine.
I work best with those who’ve already faced the mirror.. those who’ve walked their shadow path, surrendered to the unraveling, and now sense the call to embody what they know. You’re ready to rise and refine your resonance. And I’m here to help you bring your wisdom into form.
Alongside a growing community of conscious souls, I host free New Moon Zoom calls each month and donation-based Full Moon Circles. These are sacred spaces for reflection, release, and renewal.
For those desiring more personal support, I offer 1:1 Reiki and intuitive healing sessions, my signature group coaching containers for collective growth and accountability, and deeper private coaching programs for those ready to embody their expansion and fully align with their purpose.
Every container - whether private coaching, group immersion, or ceremonial circle - is intentionally crafted to help you embody your light, refine your resonance, and walk in your power with grace and clarity.
